Project Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with owners, clients, managers, subcontractors, and employees and maintain a positive working relationship
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Maintain appropriate job site safety and production records
Qualifications
- Possess at least 5+ years of experience in construction
- Knowledgeable of El Paso City and County construction codes
- Able to read and understand blueprints and elevations
- Knowledgeable of industry safety standards and able to abide by OSHA policies
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Skilled at project management and task delegation
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record to drive company vehicles
- Proof of right to work in the U.S.
